Patna (Bihar) [India]: The Odyssey 2026, presented by the Prohibition, Excise & Registration Department, Government of Bihar, will take place on December 6 at Gandhi Maidan. Add24 Services Pvt. Ltd. is working as the event and digital partner for the marathon, handling several aspects of its planning, communication and public engagement.
The event carries the larger message of Nasha Mukt Bihar, bringing runners, students, fitness communities and families together around the idea of a healthier and drug-free society.
Participants can choose between the 5 km, 10 km, 21.1 km half marathon and 42.2 km full marathon categories, allowing the event to accommodate both experienced runners and people who may simply want to take part in the larger cause.
Building on an Earlier Patna Marathon
For Add24, this is not its first experience with the event.
The company was also involved with Patna Marathon Reloaded in 2024, when the Prohibition, Excise & Registration Department organised the run around a similar message of de-addiction and healthy living. More than 10,000 people eventually participated in that edition, according to contemporary reports.
Managing a marathon of that size requires much more than activity on race day.
There is a registration system to run, communication with participants, digital promotion, route and on-ground coordination, branding, content and the movement of teams working across different parts of the event.
These are areas Add24 has gradually built its business around.
Founded in Patna in 2022 by Aditya Aryan and Khusboo Pandey, the company works across event management, digital marketing, branding, content production and public campaigns. Its involvement in the marathon brings several of those functions together under one project.
When Sport Becomes Public Communication
The 2026 marathon is being built around the message “Nasha Nahi, Soch Nayi”, using sport as a way to take the conversation around substance abuse beyond conventional awareness campaigns.
Rather than communicating the message only through advertisements or public notices, the marathon places it within a shared activity that people can participate in themselves.
That is also where Add24’s role extends beyond event logistics.
The company is involved in the digital and communication side of the marathon, helping build awareness around registrations, fitness participation and the larger Drug-Free Bihar message ahead of race day.
The official event platform describes the marathon as a meeting point for athletes, families and first-time runners, with fitness and community participation sitting alongside its social purpose.
Taking a Bihar Event to a Wider Audience
For Aditya and Khusboo, Patna Marathon also reflects the kind of work they want Add24 to become known for: projects where event execution and communication have to work together.
